The HUID code is laser-etched onto each piece alongside the purity grade (22K 916, 18K 750, 24K 999) for digital verification and consumer trust.
All gold, silver, and diamond pricing estimates are based on daily prevailing market bullion rates. Making charges, gemstone costs, and metal weights are clearly itemized on official 100% GST invoices. Quotations provided via online enquiry or telephone are indicative until formal invoice generation.
In adherence to showroom rules established by Santosh Kumar, no credit facility is offered. Deliveries and physical handover of jewellery pieces are executed strictly upon 100% receipt of payment through accepted payment channels (Cash, UPI, NEFT/RTGS, Credit/Debit Card).
Custom jewellery manufacturing requires a minimum non-refundable advance deposit. Minor variances in final gold weight (+/- 5%) may occur due to artistic handcrafting; final billing will reflect exact actual metal weight weighed on certified precision balances.
